Hello Everybody. As many of you already know, the Industry Summit is March 16-19 in Las Vegas. We have the opportunity to sit and talk with The Card Companies Face to Face at this event.
As part of our Free National Treasures Break Promotion we are asking you to submit a minimum of 2 questions you would like to ask of these Companies.
It is a very simple contest, just come up with some questions you would like answers to in regards to your favorite or lease favorite products. We will bring this ammunition with us to the Summit so we can ask the Manufacturers directly.
Please specify which card company your question is directed towards, like Topps, Panini, Tristar, etc...
WE ARE ALREADY GOING TO BE ASKING MANY QUESTIONS IN REGARDS TO REDEMPTIONS SO PLEASE KEEP THOSE QUESTIONS OUT OF THIS THREAD !!

Do you feel that exclusive contracts should end. I feel that the lack of competition has made the hobby weaker in whole.

Panini....How do you decide the SRP of your products?
Upper Deck/Topps.....Are you going to go after at least a piece of the NBA license when Panini's exclusive expires?

to all the card company's: If the athlete is going to sign stickers, can you please express that the full auto is ON the sticker? Seeing part of the auto off the sticker is not the best look to a card at all. Much rather have ON CARD.

It's obvious that sticker autos keep rolling over from year to year on rookies. I believe sticker auto's are fine in certain situations, but I feel as if they are being abused in recent years.
When can we see more Gold Standard football?

While you have many different variations of products per year, why is every product so similar each year when it comes to the veteran and HOF autos in each product. Can we get more variety in these products instead of the same HOF autos in all products for a whole year?
Why is there still contracts that make certain players and licenses exclusive to certain companies? Let's get some equality so that all companies can make the best product possible.

1) why is ever product getting expanded 10 fold to include 9 different colorways all refractors but the same picture of the athlete - need more picture variations with color variations
2) when you have an athlete sign a sticker how vigilent are you to make sure they are attempting to keep it on the sticker, seems a lot of stickers autos are off sticker.
3) can anything be done regarding athletes autos that are a scribble or just a C with a squiggle line - seems lazy on all parties involved. |

also, is it impossible to have all 1/1 auto cards be an on card auto? 1/1 carry nice prestige to them, but the sticker cheapens the point IMO

Any chance for Panini to have a Past, Present, Current/Future triple auto in higher end products? For example the 49ers can have Montana/Young/Kaepernick or Cowboys Staubach/Aikman/Romo.
For Topps is there any chance you can expand the individual pack to 3 hits per mini pack?

1. Knowing that a lot of your products go to group breakers... Why do you not do a better job with coalition? Have seen too many teams that get multiple hits in same pack.
2. How is it possible to get a card pulled from a sealed pack that looks like a dog chewed on it?

How do you plan to mitigate the risks of the 'fake memorabilia' allegations that have been circulating in recent months? As a consumer, how can we fully trust that the jerseys, patches, relics are truly authentic?

1. Can Topps come up with better packaging for 5* since you are paying 300-400 a box a lot of edge problems?
2. Can Panini get different players packs inserted instead of KOBE PACKS?

TOPPS - Why is it so hard to talk to with waiting for a customer service person compared your competition companies?
Panini - Why not make a high end all top players of BB FB HCK BKB PRODUCT ?
Upper Deck - Why not make any more M J relic and patch auto's ?

1. With so many fake patches floating around in the secondary market, is there any plan to keep track of what patch was put on which card?
2. Can the card companies please reduce the number of parallels, so making a rainbow is actually possible?

I guess these are more suggestions than questions, however..
1. Would you consider putting out a smaller number of total products and instead improve the quality.
2. Have you thought of putting out products that are more breaker friendly. ie better coalation.

Congrats on getting an exclusive NHL license starting 14-15, other than MVP that you guys already announced, are you guys planning to bring any old products back to the lineup ? like ICE, OPC Premier, etc
To Upper Deck, Panini, Topps
With the increasing number of patch forgeries out there, especially with cards in most high end products (Flawless, NT, Cup, etc), do you guys aware of them ?? and are there any countermeasures being considered to eliminate these patch jobs ?
